Baggensstaket: War in forest

Reenactment of the events of 300 years ago on the battlefields of the Great Northern War 1700-1721 on the banks of the Baggensstaket Strait, near the city of Stockholm. On August 13, 1719, Russian galleys entered the Buggenstaket Channel and landed 3-3.5 thousand troops to 'inspect the found fortresses and trenches.' To meet them from Stockholm, the Södermanland Regiment hastily advanced in the amount of 600-700 soldiers.
