After years of neglect and devastation Arsenal building has been restored finally and opened to the general public. It was ruined in 1944 during the WW2. What can I say - there is something to see.
Entry fee is 250 rubles, and there is allowed to take photos for free. Security is courteous and helpful, which is good for me ...
